Job Title: Line Manager IT Assurance & Resilience ReadinessLocation: Netherlands Salary: To be discussed in the Interview Vacancy Type: Full-TimeNon- negotiable qualifications and experience required:Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.3-10 years' Experience in IT assurance, risk management, and resilience planning.Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).Beneficial requirements:Familiarity with compliance standards like ISO 27001.Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.Strong leadership and communication skills.Duties and responsibilities: To lead IT assurance and resilience readiness initiatives, ensuring robust IT operations and compliance with industry standards.Lead IT assurance projects and ensure compliance with security protocols.Develop and implement IT resilience strategies.Supervise a team of IT specialists.Analyze system vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.Liaise with stakeholders to ensure IT operational excellence.
