Lettings OfficerLocation: East LondonRate: £18.50-24 per hourDuration: Temp 3 months initially, high potential to be extendedOur client based in East London is looking to recruit a Lettings Officer for a unique project role. You will be managing the move-ins for 70 tenants into a new development in East London, moving in 2 tenants per day (1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon) with each tenant having an allocated time slot.Due to a small designated area for new customers to use when moving into their new homes, effective management of the process is essential to prevent any delays that could affect subsequent customers.The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, as you will be the first point of contact for new tenants.
