About The Role
We are currently looking for a proactive, highly organised, service focussed individual to fulfil a crucial role in our Commercial Property team.
Based in Wye Valley Office and reporting to the Legal Support Manager, you will provide in-depth business support to the Partners and fee earners within the team.
Responsibilities of a Legal Support Assistant include: Managing the file opening process for the teamBeing the first point of contact for clientsBeing the first point of contact for any administrative and business support requirements for fee earners, anticipating the team's needs where possibleAssisting with the preparation of all financial transactions as requiredDrafting and formatting of letters, documents, and formsPreparing correspondence and documents through audio typing and word-processingProactive diary management for allocated fee earnersAbout You
As a Legal Support Assistant you will have:
Experience within a legal or professional services environment would be advantageousStrong legal administration experienceExperience in case management systemsExperience of working in a client-facing environmentBroad knowledge of administrative tasks in legal practicesSound knowledge of IT skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams, Zoom, etc.Excellent attention to detail in all aspects of your workStrong communication and organisation skillsAbout Us
