Conveyancing Attorney / Estate Manager / Pro - Western Cape, Bellville

We are looking for 2 dynamic, resourceful, and solutions-oriented qualified Conveyancing Attorneys to fulfill either 1) an Estate Agent or 2) Public Relations Officer role in our Cape Town Offices. PLEASE SEE REQUIREMENTS FOR THESE POSITIONS BELOW.CONVEYANCER / PRO:You would be expected to work comfortably under pressure with targets to meet (this is a sales-driven position) in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional quality work.Generate leads and business (this is a sales-driven position)Meeting agreed-upon monthly targetsBuilding relations with potential clients (mostly Estate Agents) - meet and greetRetaining existing clients (mostly Estate Agents) - meet and greet, attending to their business needs at all timesAttend client functionsHave a great relationship with the Conveyancing Secretaries (e.g. meet with Transfer Secretaries to discuss and to sort out any problematic cases)Keep the Directors informed via email or personally once resolvedEnsure that weekly and monthly client visitation appointments are setEnsure that all set appointments have been attended to on timeAttend to set and agreed-upon performance meetings with the DirectorEnsure that training is provided to our clients where necessarySkillsBuilding positive relationships with existing and new clientsMust be driven and result-orientedMust be able to work independentlyVery motivatedGood problem-solving skills, communication skills, and must have had previous experience in acquiring clients, handling clients, and client servicesQualified Conveyancing Attorney3 years' experience as a PRO in ConveyancingNeed to have marketing experience as this is a sales-driven positionMust have experience working for an attorney firmNeed to have own transportESTATE MANAGER:Requirements and skillsProven experience as an Estates manager (+/- 5 years)Excellent organizational and leadership skillsOutstanding communication and interpersonal abilitiesThorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy developmentExcellent knowledge of related systemsGood understanding of market research methodsBusiness acumen - a hunger to grow the Estates department
