They pride ourselves on legal excellence and exceptional customer service, a formula that has resulted in clients returning time and time again.This is a superb opportunity for an experienced Legal Executive or Senior Paralegal to build on your skills and experience within an established and innovative environment.As Legal Executive the successful candidate will work alongside skilled lawyers on high net worth private client matters.You will have private client experience from a reputable law firm with good grounding across all spectrums of private client work namely, wills, trusts, probate, tax and estate administrations.There will be regular discussions on case strategy with qualified lawyers but the legal executive will manage the day-to-day running of their cases. This will involve drafting letters of claim, particulars of claim and court forms.The ideal candidate will also be confident in corresponding with clients and managing litigation through to completion.Applicants should have a minimum of 3 year's experience as a legal executive, excellent written and oral communication skills, drafting skills and be motivated and capable of working independently.Any applicant should be :FlexibleWell organisedAmbitiousA keen networkerAble to use social mediaGood interpersonal skills.Ideally the applicant will have previously worked in a practice dealing with Services for the Elderly and Court of Protection work.Salary according to experience.
