This role involves ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and best practices in collateral management.
Minimum Requirements:

BCom degree (Paralegal qualification would be beneficial)
3 years related experience
Strong knowledge of collateral management, financial regulations, and compliance requirements
Proficiency in using financial software, compliance management tools, and regulatory reporting systems
