About the Role:My client in the Medical aid industry seeks an experienced Legal Advisor to provide comprehensive legal support and advisory services.
Reporting to the Line Manager, you will assist in governance and oversee legal and compliance concerns to ensure regulatory alignment and integrity within my client's operations.
Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Grade 12, LLB degreeCertification: Admission as an attorneyExperience: Minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience in a legal advisory or compliance role Key Responsibilities: Provide accurate, timely, and comprehensive legal advice and support across various departments.Assist the Line Manager with governance programs and compliance review processes.Interpret and analyze legislation relevant to the medical aid industry to support decision-making.Research and respond to complex legal queries with precision.Make sound, quick decisions that align with my client's policies and objectives. Core Skills: High level of integrity, objectivity, and independenceStrong legislative interpretation and research abilitiesAbility to work efficiently within set deadlines and plan effectivelyExcellent decision-making skills and a keen attention to compliance Compensation:Competitive salary, commensurate with experience level.
