Senior Legal Advisor

Hello… an exciting new opportunity has just become available in our group legal.
 We are looking to recruit a Senior Legal Advisor.
Role Objectives: This function will be focused on assisting business to manage legal risk.
Legal risk is the risk to business resulting from any of their rights not being fully enforceable, or from their obligations not being properly performed.
These rights and obligations can flow from legislation, regulation, litigation, contracts, common-law, IP management, case law etc.
Must be hard working, motivated, well spoken for taining purposes and confident.
Key Responsibilities: Assist head of legal in managing the Hollard legal function Monitor legal (contractual) compliance with the support of the legal advisors Assist head of legal to report on legal matters Continually build long-term quality and trusted relationships with all stakeholders.
Deliver on key stakeholder requirements.
Drafting and vetting commercial contracts as opposed to regulatory agreements; Provide legal advice and interpret legislation IP support with the assistance of the relevant Legal Team members.
People and talent management specifically manage legal advisor and legal administartors.
Customer service and TCF Maintain a strong relationship with the Business Unit you will own the relationship with, understand their business and be the liaison for all that business unit's legal needs.
Assist the head of legal in maintaining the right contract management system Assit the head of legal with the legal strategy of the team.
Provide legal technical trqining to stakeholders.
Assist the compliance team with any relevant legal queries.
