Inherent Job requirements:Lecturer:• A relevant Doctoral degree on NQF Level 10 in Industrial Psychology or Human Resource Management.
and registered with the HPCSA as an Industrial Psychologist or SABPP (permanent appointment).OR• Relevant master's degree on NQF Level 9 in Industrial Psychology/ Human Resource Management and registered with the HPCSA as an Industrial Psychologist (contract appointment: 5 years, during which a PhD on NQF Level 10 Industrial Psychology/ Human Resource Management must be obtained to be converted into a permanent appointment).• Registered Industrial Psychologist should show evidence of professional supervision of intern Industrial Psychologists.• Proven experience in poster or oral presentation at conferences and publication of articles.• Provide evidence of manuscripts produced that have the potential to be converted or submitted for publication, ideally in an accredited journal.
