We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Leasing Administrator. The Leasing Administrator will be responsible for managing the leasing process, including assisting with leasing inquiries, processing lease applications, renewals of current leases and coordinating move-in/move-out procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a strong customer service orientation.Responsibilities:Respond to leasing inquiries from prospective and current tenants via phone, email, and in-personAssist with processing lease applications, including conducting background checks and credit screenings.Coordinate move-in/move-out procedures, including scheduling appointments for showings and inspections as well as tenant installations etc.Prepare lease agreements and ensure that all required documentation is completed accuratelyWork closely with the Chief Operations Officer and maintenance staff to ensure that properties are in good condition for current, new and prospective tenantsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of leasing activity and tenant informationProvide excellent customer service to current and prospective tenantsMinimum Requirements:Grade 12 or equivalent qualificationA tertiary qualification in a relevant field will be an added advantage.At least 2 to 3 years of experience in property management or real estate leasingValid driver's license and own motor vehicleExcellent communication in English and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational and time-management abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software such as NovtelAbility to work independently and as part of a teamThis is a full-time position with competitive salary.
