Leasing AdministratorAs the Leasing Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the leasing process for our properties. This includes advertising available units, conducting property tours, screening potential tenants, preparing lease agreements, and managing move-in and move-out processes.Key Responsibilities:Advertise available units through various channels, such as online listings and local publicationsConduct property tours for potential tenants and provide information on the property and its amenitiesScreen potential tenants by conducting background and credit checksPrepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary documents are completed accurately and in a timely mannerCoordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting unit inspections and managing security depositsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leasing activitiesCommunicate with tenants to address any questions or concerns they may have during the leasing processCollaborate with property managers and maintenance staff to ensure all units are in good condition and ready for move-inStay up-to-date on local rental market trends and adjust rental rates accordinglyAssist with other administrative tasks as neededRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferredPrevious experience in leasing or property management is highly desirableStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and property management softwareAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of local rental marketAttention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
