The successful candidate will positively contribute to the Leasehold Services Team responsible for the effective recovery of major works, ground rent, service charge, reserve fund, shared ownership rent and any other specified debt from leaseholders, freeholders and shared owners.
Responsibilities include:
Dealing with a range of customer enquiries efficiently and promptly.Bringing complex and contentious cases to the attention of the appropriate Income and Disputes Resolution Officer for prompt resolution.Providing excellent customer service support to leaseholders, shared owners and freeholders across the borough.
