As the Learning Technology Lead, you'll be responsible for the management of the PwC Africa digital learning portfolio and learning platforms - delivering high-quality, outcomes-led programmes that aligns to the PwC Africa business strategy. You'll work in partnership with the xLoS Learning & Development managers team, to drive the digital learning agenda and promote the use of innovative technologies that facilitate learning excellence.You will also:Work in partnership with your L&D Learning Managers, to oversee the design and development of a range of best-in-class digital learning solutions including virtual classrooms, e-learns, videos, podcasts, infographics and Quick Reference Guides (QRG).Lead and manage the Learning Technology Team: Learning Technologist and Learning Designer/Developer.Have accountability for the management of our learning management system and several other learning technology solutions.Be digitally innovative to maximise the capabilities of our learning technology tools and identify/plug gaps in our digital offering.Be the product owner LXP, LMS, Content catalogs, Authoring tools, implementation and execution.Be the L&D Tech Support lead & process ownerHave to focus on Learning dashboards, with a focus on key skills capabilities aligned to the business objectives, this includes learning analytics & reportingBe the User Experience Design Lead - Focus on constantly improving the employee learning journey experience.Have to remove barriers to learning, in order to make life easy for the employees to actually focus on the actual learning.Consult & advise on design, development, implementation and evaluation of effective use of the digitalization of learning.Work in partnership with all the Africa L&D teams to ensure integrated approaches.To succeed as our Digital Learning Lead, you'll have:A Degree (or equivalent) with a solid track record of designing and delivering innovative digital learning and development programmes. Experience of working in a regulatory environment is advantageous.Significant experience of learning platform management (working knowledge would be advantageous) and ideally learner experience platform experience.Good understanding of a variety of IT platforms that will aid in delivering digital learning (e.g. MS Applications: SharePoint, Copilot, MS Teams, etc.)Proficiency in the use of advanced authoring tools (Articulate 360, Vyond, Adobe etc.). Expertise in designing in Storyline, with ability to develop the wider team's capability.A track record in creating digital learning that is accessible and inclusive.Proven Management Skills - planning, decision-making, problem-solving, communication, delegation, and time managementYou will ensure that PwC Africa maximises the potential of learning technology, makes smart decisions on its investments in content and software, and continuously improves its capability to deliver learning through various learning modalities.
