Learning & Development Specialist - Global Law Firm - Sandton

Our client, a Global Law Firm, has an exciting opportunity for a Learning and Development Specialist to join their team in Sandton.
The ideal candidate must have completed an LLB degree. This role requires a strong focus on content development, facilitation skills, and digital learning development.
The successful candidate will design, develop, and deliver a diverse range of training programs and materials, including face-to-face, eLearning, and blended learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Program Design and Delivery Design and develop training programs and materials, including face-to-face, eLearning, and blended learning solutions.
Deliver training sessions to employees at all levels, including the executive team and clients, both in-person and online.
Manage the annual learnership program, ensuring effective implementation and compliance with regulations.
Create and implement engaging eLearning content.
Design and develop digital learning content and resources.
Skills Development Facilitation and Reporting Serve as a Skills Development Facilitator, overseeing the annual Workplace Skills Plan and Annual Training Report.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Contribute to the BBBEE report and provide strategic input to enhance the company's BBBEE initiatives.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation in learning methodologies and technologies.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain the firm's leadership in learning and development.
Provide Support to the learning and development team, including organisational development projects Collaborate with stakeholders regarding learning and development initiatives.
Skills and Experience Required Bachelors' degree in Human Resources, instructional design or related field.
LLB.
At least 5 years' experience in designing training programs and curricula in a professional services environment.
Experience in designing and facilitating learning for all levels, including executive teams, is required.
Digital learning design and development experience is essential.
Experience in an internal consulting role, managing training interventions, developing collaborative partnerships with business leadership and SMEs, and assessing learning needs.
