Learning & Development Facilitator

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOBCustodian for ensuring competence within the context of the legislative environment and MCSA strategy as aligned with the HR Service Delivery Model
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREASAdvocate of learning culture Manage employee development in a planned manner in accordance with the MCSA strategy
Manage formal students Act as custodian of learning and development standards of the locality
Enable transformation through learning and development
REQUIRED EDUCATIONESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Degree in General Nursing Science and Midwifery
DESIRED EDUCATION: Postgraduate qualification in nursing education
REQUIRED EXPERIENCEESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: At least 2 years of experience as a Professional Nurse practitioner in a hospital environment, At least 2 years of experience in a learning and development role
