Therefore, we are looking to appoint a strong and vibrant Hospitality Trainer/Facilitator/Assessor. You will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs and overseeing the development and success-planning for all employees. You must be able to train and relate to all levels within our organisation. You will need to set performance metrics, evaluate productivity, and help employees create long-term career plans within our organisation. We expect you to have extensive and well-rounded hotel experience in order to deliver quality standards, thereby upholding and managing our company's vision and mission in a holistic manner to achieve our overall goals.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop, implement, and monitor training programs within the groupConduct orientation sessionsCreate training materialsDevelop multimedia visual aids and presentationsCreate testing and evaluation processesConduct performance reviewsProvide classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshopsProvide performance feedbackConduct continuing education trainingProvide leadership development educationAssist with the development of strategic plansPREREQUISITES:Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsSuperb track record in developing and executing successful training programsHighly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office/related business & communication toolsQualified Trainer, Assessor, Assurance preferred, but not essentialCritical thinker with innovative problem-solving skillsEDUCATION:Bachelor's degree in HR/hospitality management/related field essentialEXPERIENCE:Min 3-5 years' experience in training and development managementEmail a comprehensive CV to ****** (NB: Our Gmail account is used for filtering only)Indicate the position you are applying for in the subject.
