Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and execution of learning and development programs that enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, and career growth.Foster and cultivate a positive workplace culture, aligning programs and initiatives with the companys core values and strategic goals.Collaborate with department leaders to identify skills gaps and create training programs that meet both individual and organizational needs.Oversee onboarding programs to ensure new hires have a seamless and inspiring introduction to the company culture.Develop and deliver workshops, leadership training, and employee engagement initiatives to improve team performance and collaboration.Serve as a cultural ambassador, driving initiatives that promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and a sense of belonging within the organization.Monitor and assess the effectiveness of learning programs and cultural initiatives, using data to make informed improvements.Champion employee recognition programs to celebrate achievements and encourage a culture of appreciation.Partner with HR and senior leadership to create succession planning and career development pathways.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning, development, and culture management, and implement innovative strategies accordingly.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field.
Masters degree is a plus.Proven experience in a Learning & Development or Culture Management role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and leadership development.Passion for building inclusive, high-performance cultures.Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and inspire employees at all levels.Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Experience with e-learning platforms and digital learning tools is an advantage.A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
