5+ years of relevant experience in Learning and Development.Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related fields.Certifications: Skills Development Facilitation (ETDP), Assessor, Train the Trainer, OPETDP Diploma.Previous experience in the retail industry is advantageous.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
