Client Operations Associate - Recruitment Industry (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:Lead Management & Communication: Handle inbound emails from leads promptly and professionally.Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and align them with our solutions.Use CRM (HighLevel and ClickUp) to track and manage data effectively.Operational Support: Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless workflow.Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.Customer Success Monitoring: Track and analyze customer success metrics.Assess customer satisfaction and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.Work closely with the recruitment team to implement strategies that enhance client experience.Provide regular reports on customer success metrics to management.Sales Process Analysis: Review sales call recordings and videos to evaluate performance.Provide constructive feedback to the sales team and management to optimize sales techniques.Assist in training sessions to improve team effectiveness.Partnership Development: Identify and establish partnerships with other recruitment companies, primarily in the European market.Collaborate with partners to expand our reach and enhance service offerings.Coordinate cross-border collaboration initiatives.Maintain ongoing relationships to ensure mutual success and growth.Strategic Support: Collaborate with leadership on sales strategy development.Contribute to process improvement initiatives.Support training and development programs for sales team members.There aren't any specific technical requirements for the role.
