Responsibilities? Facilitate Instructor Led Training and webinar session: Our customers need to be educated on how theNETSTOCK App works. As you have Inventory Management experience, who better to train them than you.? Create Inventory Management learning material: You will create Inventory Management learningmaterial, or be asked to proof read content written by others.? Create reports using Excel and/or Google sheets: Our learning material is of no use unless users areviewing it. Youll be required to build new reports on user learning engagement across all platforms.? Learn new software skills: If a problem calls for a solution which can be best achieved by software or aprogram youve never used, you can easily figure it out. This will not include learning coding languages.? Provide input to improving a solution: When you see something could be improved, you willcommunicate this to the relevant parties.? Asset owner. You will be the expert and go-to person for a piece of software used by NETSTOCK.Who You Are:? Inventory Management expert: You have either worked in an Inventory Management role or implementedInventory management software. Replenishment cycle and target fill rate are not foreign terms to you.? Facilitator: You are a great presenter who will be able to teach Inventory Management concepts to userswith ease.? Software competent. Working in a remote, work from home environment, you are expected to becomeproficient in software technologies such as Slack, Google Drive, Google Docs, Zoom. When faced with newsoftware, you can easily figure out how it works.? Take Pride in Your Work. You are the type of person who does not like leaving a job half done. You will besure to finish off tasks and reports in a way that you are happy with the result and will do so in a timelymanner.? Proactive. You will not wait to be told what to do. You can manage yourself and your own deliverablesaccording to what needs to be achieved. If you run out of work, you assign yourself more based on thecurrent L&D needs.? Critical Thinking: You believe in continuous improvement. When a process can be improved, you highlightit to relevant parties and / or take initiative to run with the improvement.?
