Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor's Degree & or relevant experience in tiered service delivery in Talent Acquisition.10+ years of experience in high-volume recruitment, recruitment process outsourcing, or Talent Acquisition operations.Proven track record of team leadership and engagement.Strong technical skills with proficiency in recruitment software and automation tools.Experience in scaled agile methodologies or equivalent project and program managementStrong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish relationships and build trust and credibility with multiple and cross functional stakeholders.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
