Learning and Development Specialist / ManagerA leading medium-sized listed organization is looking for an L&D expert to join their Centre of Excellence.Previous experience as a L&D Specialist/Manager focused on Management and Leadership Development is essential to be considered for this Sandton-based role.In this role, you will provide expert advice to the HR Director, Executives/Board, and Brand HR staff in the areas of Learning and Development specifically related to Management and Leadership Development. The incumbent will be responsible for creating and executing the L&D strategy focused on building competence across predominantly leadership levels in the organization and driving enhancements in organizational capability.This role will focus on building programs to shift the organization and close capability gaps.You will be the custodian of the organization's LMS, ensuring records are kept, analyzed, and reported on.In this role, you will develop an appropriate L&D strategy for the organization that is aligned with the organizational strategy, competency frameworks, and individual needs, engaging with stakeholders as required and will consider and determine appropriate, blended learning methods and media to address identified needs.Minimum Requirements:B Degree essentialHons preferred
