Company DescriptionCompany Description Come and join this dedicated team as our Learning Advisor Operations. The Learning Advisor Operations will be responsible for the coordination of production, engineering and services technical training through an accredited learning delivery system. Responsible for the coordination and the maintenance of the necessary support systems for the execution of training. Integration of legal, operational and industry requirements into current learning material.

Job DescriptionJob responsibilities include: Coordinates the training needs analysis, planning, assessment, moderation and compilation of training reports.Coordinates the implementation of the Learning Strategy within the operation.Liaise and engage with the operational leaders on delivery priorities.Coordinates and evaluates the external training providers.Maintenance of the accredited Learning delivery system.Maintenance of the support system for the learning delivery system with aligned Training Material (LFI).Training delivery as per needs analysis and training plans.Moderations and audits conducted in compliance with accredited learning delivery system.Proactively identify training-specific challenges and opportunities and implement solutions.This role is a Band 6 role and will report to the Section Manager Learning Delivery. QualificationsBachelor's Degree/Advanced Diploma relevant to the field.Assessor and Moderator Certificate.NQF 6 OD ETDP Diploma will be advantageous.Post Graduate Degree will be advantageous.Experience3 - 5 years Learning Delivery experience.2 years experience in relevant discipline Engineering, Processing or Mining.Experience in mining or related environment advantageous.Project Management experience advantageous.Knowledge and SkillsComputer literate for role including SAP HR.Additional InformationWho We Are
