Job Description Role Purpose: The Leads Co-ordinator & Administrator supports the Leasing team in efficiently managing client leads, streamlining administrative tasks, and driving client renewals.
This role is essential for ensuring a smooth and client-centred leasing process.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Management: Act as the primary contact for all client inquiries, maintaining a professional and timely response to prospective clients through phone, email, and CRM systems.
Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on client needs, ensuring they align with Inospace's offerings and priorities.
Data Entry and CRM Management: Maintain accurate and updated records for all client leads, ensuring CRM data integrity.
Reporting: Create weekly and monthly reports on lead volume, conversion rates, and other metrics, using insights to recommend improvements.
Administrative Support: Assist in preparing lease documentation, coordinating viewings, and ensuring client communication is clear and consistent.
Custodian of Lease Renewals: Track and manage the lease renewal process, coordinating with clients to facilitate timely renewals and avoid disruptions.
Requirements Must be South African Citizen Proven experience in real estate or leasing administration.
Exceptional communication skills with a client-centered approach.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Ability to maintain high standards of accuracy and client service.
