Easy Recruit SA - Johannesburg, Gauteng is seeking a Lead Surveyor.Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of surveyors and technicians, including performance management and professional development.Provide insights and support decision-making in cross-functional meetings and discussions.Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related engineering field.5 years of experience as a Lead Surveyor or Senior Surveyor in a mining or similar heavy industrial environment.Thorough understanding of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment, including GPS, total stations, and GIS software.Proficient in the use of mining software, such as Maptek or Vulcan, is a plus.Certification as a Professional Surveyor (PS) or Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) is highly desirable.Position: Permanent - Full-time
