To transform the user experience of CIB Operations' services through the prioritisation and execution of impactful and data-driven solutions (Intelligent Process Model) to drive future relevance of business and optimisation of services in alignment with strategy.
To lead the assigned portfolio and team to deliver against strategic objectives and thresholds to meet stakeholder expectations and contribute to the delivery of CIB operations' future relevance aligned to strategy. Translate knowledge of relevant future-ready developments impacting the assigned portfolio into tactics (building blocks) to prepare for anticipated changes to transform the portfolio.
Leading the Process Engineering portfolio for the global CIB Operations business, the role requires:
Data-driven and business-agnostic approach to executing impactful smart solutioning.Building out the IPM (Intelligent Process Model) framework and centre of excellence as our way of working across CIB Operations, with the requisite charismatic but relentless drive to full adoption.Influential partnerships with key CIB Operations stakeholders including Technology, Business, and geographical stakeholders to remove obstacles quickly and align towards common goals.Passion to lead and inspire a team of Process Engineers to drive transformation for CIB Operations towards the future state.Curiosity and natural inclination to experiment rapidly and fail forward.Critical focus areas in the Intelligent Transformation value chain: Decide – Leverage Process Mining to inform and hold firm to the prioritisation of any smart solution to ensure maximum impact.Execute – Oversee delivery of initiatives and facilitate the removal of blockers for successful implementation.Realise Value – Relentlessly pursue maximum value realisation for all smart solutions prioritised and executed.Critical Technical Competencies: Complex solutioning and innovationDriving decisions with dataQualifications Type of Qualification: DegreeWork Experience: 3-4 years experience demonstrating an understanding of data insights across the value chain and providing thought leadership on how this is used to deliver end-to-end solutions across functions with the client in mind.3-4 years experience demonstrating awareness of rapid developments within areas of expertise and using this knowledge to prepare the environment and stakeholders to anticipate and respond to changes in markets and industry to drive tangible business value.3-4 years experience demonstrating an in-depth understanding of market trends and developments in rapidly changing environments and tactics to drive change.1-2 years experience demonstrating an ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement fit-for-purpose solutions aligned to the overall organisational strategy.1-2 years experience providing evidence of continuous learning within the area of expertise and exposure to testing and analysing opportunities for improvement.
