We bridge the gap between global talent and US-based businesses, connecting candidates with leading American companies.Position Overview: We need a detail-oriented Lead Manager / Follow-Up Specialist to manage lead follow-up and organization in the CRM system. This role ensures leads are in the correct follow-up stages, proactively reaching out to unengaged leads, and keeps CRM records up to date.Key Responsibilities:Manage leads in the CRM (Salesforce), ensuring all leads are placed in the appropriate follow-up stages.Reach out to unengaged leads via phone calls, texts, and emails to keep the sales pipeline active.Perform data entry, file updates, and maintain accurate CRM information.Work closely with the acquisition team to ensure leads are effectively nurtured.Monitor and assist in handling the follow-up process.Qualifications:Experience in phone sales with minimal accent.General knowledge of real estate; experience in real estate sales is a plus.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Proficient with Salesforce, Gmail, Google Sheets, and HelloSign.Excellent communication skills with the ability to follow up on leads efficiently.Nice-to-Haves:Prior experience in lead management or a similar role.Familiarity with working EST hours, and candidates from Latin America are preferred.
