Lead Industrial/Mechanical Simulation Engineer

Lead Industrial or Mechanical Simulation Engineer Location: Durbanville, Cape Town

Minimum Experience and Qualifications Required: BEng or Masters (Industrial or Mechanical Engineering) 10-15 years of working experience in developing and implementing simulation models for manufacturing processes in the automotive industry. Proficiency in using simulation software (Simo/Arena/FlexSim etc). Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production line dynamics, and lean manufacturing principles. Data analysis and statistical methods. Willing to travel overseas. Responsibilities: Lead design, development and validation of complex simulation models for automotive production lines. Mentor and guide engineers, providing technical leadership and expertise. Oversee the collection and analysis of production data.
