About the job: We are seeking a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team.
This role will focus on creating compelling narratives around our service offerings and utilizing outbound techniques to generate interest and set up meetings with potential clients.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable communicating with various roles within target companies and working within specific Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) parameters.
Duties and Responsibilities: Narrative Development: Create and refine compelling narratives that effectively communicate the value of our services and solutions.
Outbound Lead Generation: Utilize outbound techniques, including tools like Apollo and LinkedIn , to generate interest in our services.
Identify and engage potential leads within specific ICP parameters to maximize outreach effectiveness.
Communication and Engagement: Communicate with various roles within target companies to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
Schedule meetings for account executives with qualified leads to foster relationships and initiate discussions.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align lead generation efforts with broader business goals.
Provide feedback and insights on lead generation strategies to enhance overall effectiveness.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key metrics related to lead generation efforts, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results.
Minimum Requirements: Proven experience in lead generation or a related role, with a strong understanding of outbound techniques.
Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and a passion for technology and branding.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Strong narrative development skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Proficiency in using lead generation tools such as Apollo , LinkedIn , and CRM software.
Basic understanding of marketing automation tools and analytics.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
