THE ROLE
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Lead Generation Executive. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media. This role involves identifying and engaging with potential TikTok shop creators and nurturing them into partnering with our brands on TikTok Shop. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base by driving lead-generation campaigns, leveraging TikTok's features, and understanding the consumer behaviour of our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:

Creator Acquisition: Source, research, and identify ideal creators based on each brief provided.
Lead Generation Strategy: Meet daily KPIs by sourcing and contacting TikTok creators for brand collaborations. Qualify creators via our criteria to avoid duplicates in the affiliate pipeline.
TikTok Shop Management: Utilise TikTok's commerce tools and analytics to optimise lead generation.
Outreach: Outreach to creators via emails and TikTok with follow-up procedures.
CRM Management: Maintain and manage creator databases, ensuring all leads, follow-ups, and conversions are tracked daily.
Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with TikTok trends, TikTok Shop updates, and digital marketing best practices to enhance lead generation.
Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with the social content, marketing, and product teams as needed to align lead generation strategies with overall business goals.
Lead Generation Support: Support the Acquisition and commercial teams with lead generation as needed to meet business goals.

Ideal Skills + Experience:

Minimum of 1 year's experience in Lead Generation.
Hands-on experience with TikTok paid ads and organic growth strategies.
Familiarity with TikTok analytics and tracking tools.
Knowledge of the e-commerce landscape and buyer behaviour on social platforms.
You are self-starting and thrive working independently and autonomously.

Please note, we are looking for someone to start as soon as possible, ideally in the next 6-8 weeks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to R10635,00 per month
