Having built a multimillion-pound portfolio over the past two decades, they are now looking for a Lead Generation and Sales Strategist to take us to the next level as we expand both nationally and internationally.
The Role: In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a lead generation strategy that aligns with our ambitious sales targets.
You'll work closely with the Founder and Marketing Manager to create and implement strategies that nurture prospects through the sales funnel and ensure a steady flow of qualified leads.
Your responsibilities will include: Lead Generation Strategy: Craft and execute a robust lead-gen strategy, identifying key prospects and partnerships to drive revenue.
Sales Funnel Management: Optimize the lead-to-sale process, ensuring we convert quality leads into loyal customers.
Data-Driven Decisions: Monitor and analyze conversion rates, refining strategies based on real-time performance data.
Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth transitions from lead generation to sales.
Business Development Duties: Closing Deals: Take ownership of closing sales with generated leads, using learned strategies from experienced team members to drive results.
Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospects, ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.
Feedback Integration: Actively seek feedback from the team to improve sales techniques and processes continually.
Sales Performance Tracking: Regularly review and report on sales performance to identify areas for improvement and further training opportunities.
What You Bring: You are a highly motivated and proactive individual with a proven track record in lead generation and sales strategy, preferably within a startup or fast-paced environment.
You should also have: Proven experience in B2B lead generation and a deep understanding of digital lead-gen tools (SEO, SEM, CRM, automation systems).
Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize performance.
A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and drive results.
Excellent leadership and collaboration skills to work effectively with a dynamic team.
Experience in building and managing sales funnels for online services or products is highly desirable.
