Lead - Electrical, Instruments & Control Systems Engineer

Responsibilities:Improve plant reliability through monitoring, failure investigation and corporate Best Practice reliability & maintenance programmes.Executes Loss Prevention System (LPS) Manager Stewardship functionsAccountable for the compilation and control of the annual budget related to this position.Technical Troubleshooting, managing RiskHelping to prioritise work; direct focus of the organisation towards scorecard deliverables, removing barriersImproving Contractor work efficiencyImproving Services Planning and Scheduling in workflowCost stewardshipVendor selection to provide key site services; driving accountability with the Service providers to identify & delivery on efficiency improvement opportunities. Qualification and Experience:Must have specialised in one or more of three key disciplines the role supports - Electrical, Instrumentation & Analysers and Control Systems,BSc / B Eng / B Tech Electrical Engineering (Heavy or Light Current), Mechatronics, Instrumentation or Control Systems; orN3 with Trade Test in one the following disciplines (Electrical, Instrumentation or Controls); plus, a recognised track record of relevant experience of 10+ yearsMBA / MBL added advantage10 + Years in technically relevant field of which 5+ years in Supervisory / Leadership role
