Lap Training Facilitators

The company is looking for freelance  and well experienced training facilitators, with interest in in learnerships and skills programme interventions on the following programs
 
NC: Plant Production Level 3
NC: Animal Production Level 1 & 3
NC: Mixed Farming L2
NC: Landscaping L3
NC: General Security Practices L3
Upholstery Skills Program
NC Water & Wastewater Treatment Process  Operations L2
NC: Community Water, Health and Sanitation  Promotion
Facilitation:
·     Give feedback and sign off (this will be done electronically), any facilitation is required to be carried out in person, the company will cover the expenses of travel and accommodation (outside Eastern cape) for the facilitation.
·         Ensure that all paperwork with regards to the facilitation are completed.
·         Ensure learner have clocked in on attendance register as per the Learner Attendance Tracking system.
·         Assist learners in carrying out their work and completion of POE's
·         Develop and hand in the facilitation report and a maximum of 100% of all POE's for assessments & moderation and verification (the company will assist in this regard)
·         Report and give feedback on the progress and day to day running of the training where necessary.
Working Experience required is 5 years and more plus hands on working experience,
Accreditation with the relevant SETA (AGRISETA, SASSETA, EWSETA, FP&MSETA) is also an added advantage.
