Chairs negotiations related to the right of an individual and the collective right with negotiation partners of HR.Advises on and steers restructuring and reorganization projects regarding labour law issues.Supports/conducts conceptual and strategic projects, including strategic and operational labour law support.Develops principles, guidelines, and regulations according to the HR strategy.Advises the management and the HR department on social and labour law matters.Acts as main contact and negotiation partner for works council and unions.Elaborates, negotiates, and concludes general / central works council agreement within the respective division.Cooperates with external employer/business associations and other public authorities and institutions.Prepares and conducts labour law related trainings.Handles social and labour law related judicial proceedings.Identifies and monitors legislative changes and its implementation.Initiates and Chairs Disciplinary Hearings for the Company.Coordinates Grievance Procedure, Chairs and Initiates on behalf of the Company.Reviews, Drafts and Updates HR/SHE Policies and all other Departments' Policies.Represents the company at the DRC-MIBCO, CCMA and Labour Court.Case management- ensuring company witnesses are prepared.Coordinates Employer and Employee Workshops.Trade Union Engagements- Shop stewards and Union Officials.Ensures Compliance of TABOO Rules.Ensures Compliance of Disciplinary Policy.Your contact: Pamela Ndyalivane
