Our brand is for the man who knows where he's going and wants the wardrobe that will take him there.Main Role Purpose: To manage a store so that the brand integrity and profitability are upheld, by ensuring our discerning customers are consistently delighted.Line Manager: Regional ManagerSubordinates: All Flexi timers and permanent staff within the storeKey Performance Areas:Achieve the annual sales budget through meeting and exceeding daily and monthly budgets to ensure the sustainability of the businessManage and control the financial aspects of running the store to ensure store profitabilityAdhere to merchandising standards in line with the brand requirements to ensure good product mixEnsure proper stock management and control to minimise loss and to ensure product availabilityDeliver the best customer service to ensure the best customer experienceBuild excellent relationships with all relevant service providers (internal and external)Manage human resources effectively by recruiting, planning and administrating payroll properlyInspire, motivate, develop and hold people accountable appropriatelyMinimum Requirements:Minimum of 2-5 years' retail store management experienceComplete Matric/Grade 12Tertiary Retail Qualification will be to your advantageApparel Retail experienceStrong and proven sales recordSkills & Knowledge:Knowledge of relevant Industrial Relations (IR) LawTo discipline staff and initiate enquiriesUnderstanding of profit and loss (income) statementsGood understanding of the retail environment and brandsAdministration and stock managementConflict managementTime managementCustomer service skillsLeadership skills
