Kiosk Sales ConsultantOur Client is looking for Kiosk Sales Consultants to join their team and will be based in various areas in South Africa:KwaZulu Natal - Newcastle Mall / Hillcrest Mall / Hibiscus MallEastern Cape - Mall of MthathaWhen submitting your application, kindly indicate which mall and area you are applying forRequirements:Matric or NQF equivalentKnowledge of customer service principles and processesBasic business administration knowledgeFlexible and able to work shifts, which may include night work, weekends and public holidaysAble to travel and be available to work at different Kiosks in the area, if requiredCustomer service orientatedSales driven and ability to up-sellGoal and target drivenGood problem solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to understand and display a good understanding of sales principles and processesDynamic and high energy levelsAbility to merchandise productsThe main purpose of this position:The Kiosk Sales Consultant focuses on offering a superior customer service to all customers, emphasizing selling and up-selling products, including the 'Customer Journey'.A key focus of this role is to ensure that sales targets are reached and customer queries are resolved through product knowledge, research, and troubleshooting.A Kiosk Sales Consultant is responsible for the safekeeping of all company property and assets, facilitating stock control, processing sales, handling cash, and following all clients' Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies at all times.Duties & Responsibilities:Offering superior customer service to all customers, emphasizing selling the client's products and 'Customer Journey'Selling and upselling products to existing and new customersReaching sales targetsEnsuring the safekeeping of all company property at the kiosks/work station, including, but not limited to - Company computers/laptops, phones, stock, money, equipment, and related resourcesEnsure that all point of sale (POS) procedures are followed in line with standard operating proceduresFacilitate the kiosk stock control process, which may include replenishing stock, doing stock takes, safekeeping of stock, and ensuring that stock does not get damaged/lost/stolen, doing inter-branch transfers (IBT) and receiving stock deliveriesHandling of cash and card sales, processing sales, banking, cash-ups, and managing the floatUnderstanding and displaying knowledge of the brand, products, policies, procedures, and ethosGeneral housekeeping of the kiosk and ensuring that your kiosk and workstation, including personal appearance, represents the company's professionalism, the quality of products, and care for customersComplete all paperwork/administration relating to a salePerform research on the competition's services
