ResponsibilitiesThe ability to research, understand and work with global trends in order to identify what is new and happening, in terms of colours, fabric, styles, and trims for the next season.The ability to communicate and influence a team consisting of Buyers, Planners, Designers and the Merchandise Leadership team.Package seasonal information producing trend documents in an enticing and easy to understand manner.Use your accurate trend analysis and design skill to develop an extensive range of garments.RequirementsQualifications: Experience: 3+ years of Newborn and/or Kidswear design experience in a similar fashion retail or creative manufacturing environment.
