As a Key Accounts Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing key client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide them with tailored solutions.
You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns they may have and working to resolve them effectively.
Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and service delivery.
