Key Accounts Manager – Soft Services (Cape Town, Century City)

Key Skills and Experience:- Grade 12- Degree or professional qualification in Facilities Management/Business Management preferred.- Minimum 8 years senior management experience in hard and soft FM services, with at least 5 years in contract management.- Hard and soft services operational knowledge advantageous.- Experience managing commercial and contractual elements.- Proven ability in managing resources and subconsultants.- Experience managing budgets, costs, and profitability.- Advanced computer skills, including presentation material.
