Key Accounts Manager – Soft Services (Cape Town, Century City)

Key Skills and Experience: - Grade 12 - Degree or professional qualification in Facilities Management/Business Management preferred. - Minimum 8 years senior management experience in hard and soft FM services, with at least 5 years in contract management. - Hard and soft services operational knowledge advantageous. - Experience managing commercial and contractual elements. - Proven ability in managing resources and subconsultants. - Experience managing budgets, costs, and profitability. - Advanced computer skills, including presentation material.
