Key Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities: · Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the companys customer base. · Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. · Complement companys reseller network with expanded support and pre- and post-sales guidance. · Understand customer needs and how the company can best serve them as a cutting solution provider. · Communicate value propositions through proposals and presentations. · Report on strategic account directions and tactical budgets. · Drive at least 20% annual revenue growth. · Collaborate with Production Managers to maintain SLA agreements and quality standards. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): · Sales Revenue · Profit Margin · Customer Acquisition and Retention Rates · Sales Volume · Market Segmentation and Penetration · Lead Conversion Rates · Average Order Value · Sales Growth (minimum 20% annually) Qualifications: · Degree or Diploma in business administration, sales, or a relevant field. · At least 5 years of sales experience with a track record of exceeding quotas. · Own transport is essential. · Proven sales experience in the manufacturing sector. · Strong communication, presentation, and influence skills at all organizational levels. · Ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing. · Business acumen and industry expertise. · Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
