Overview Hire Resolve is currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Key Accounts Manager for a software company.
As a Key Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing key client accounts in various industries.
You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide them with tailored solutions to meet their requirements.In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and success.
You will also have the opportunity to analyse market trends and provide insights to clients on the latest developments in their respective industries.
Responsibilities: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across hospitals and/or medical practices.Act as the primary escalation point for all hospital clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed effectively.Provide training and support to internal hospital support staff on hospital billing procedures and processes.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and develop training programs to enhance hospital support skills.Collaborate with internal teams to provide input and specifications for system enhancements tailored to the needs of hospital clients.Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to advise on system improvements.Offer audit services to hospital clients for administration and case management processes.Develop monetisation strategies for these services and execute them effectively.Travel nationally to conduct audits and provide on-site consultation to hospital clients as needed.Assist in developing and delivering courses on hospital billing and coding to hospital personnel.Ensure course materials are relevant, engaging, and aligned with industry standards.Collaborate with hospital clients to define and document business processes.Provide guidance on optimising processes for efficiency and compliance.Offer second level specialised support to hospital clients on specific subjects related to billing, coding, and other healthcare operations.Serve as a trusted advisor, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
Requirements: Previous experience as a Key Accounts Manager or similar roleDegree or relevant qualification will be advantageousIn-depth knowledge of hospital and practice management, MIS and PMA software and business processes.Experience in developing and delivering training programs or courses will be advantageous.Experience in business process analysis and documentation methodologies.2-3 years medical industry experience.Experience in sales.Strong interpersonal and communication skillsKnowledge of various industries and market trendsExcellent presentation and negotiation skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software Benefits: Salary: negotiableFamily Leave (Maternity, Paternity)Training & DevelopmentPaid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable) Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
