Accountable for a portfolio of key accounts.Achieves assigned account objectives.Establishes and maintains strong, long-term customer relationships.Leads solution development and innovative efforts and ideas as identified and developed in conjunction with the Customer service team (CST) and regional BWE operations in order to meet customer needs.Handles complaints and problems in a timely and effective manner with the support from Account Managers.Meets account performance objectives and customer expectations.Growth in new and potentially significant customers.Achieves account performance metricsRelevant reporting.Effective business development, customer relationship managementProactively leads an account planning and execution process for the portfolio of key accounts.Communicates with significant customers on a regular basis and responds to specific queries.Coordinates the CST activities in order to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.Identifies and approaches new and potentially significant customers.Monitors accounts performance metrics and prepares relevant reports
