Key Accounts Coordinator

This role focuses on Projects, working within the IT department and across the organisation.Apply today and join avibey's collaborative culture.ResponsibilitiesEstablishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution. Break projects into doable tasks and set timeframes and goals.Liaising with company stakeholders and internal teams to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, milestones, reports, and project management tools.Project/program tracking and highlighting risks and mitigation plans.Tracking the timelines for the projects.Retrieve necessary information (e.g., user/client requirements and relevant case studies).Ensuring company needs are met as the project/program evolves.Act as a Single Point of Contact and handle issues that arise.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, milestones, and reports.Required3+ years of project management experience.Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, or a related degree.Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Knowledge of IT environment and projects is a plus.Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and reports to showcase milestones achieved and manage variance and escalations.Strong client-facing and teamwork skills along with good communication.Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.Agile methodology experience and knowledge will be a plus.Must be able to work across departments and be integrally involved in the integration of interdepartmental projects.
