We're a leading Telecoms company specialized in Voice and SMS technology revolutionizing global communication. We're searching for a Strategic Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in expanding our reach.
Here's what you'll do:

Become a customer champion: Forge strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and exceeding expectations.
Master the art of the deal: Sell a diverse portfolio of Voice and SMS product services, driving significant revenue growth.
Uncover hidden gems: Identify new voice and SMS opportunities, both locally and internationally, to fuel our expansion.
Be a data detective: Analyze reports, statistics and identify areas for improvement, optimizing customer usage and maximizing profitability.
Tech-savvy problem solver: Collaborate with the technical and operations team to troubleshoot any client issues efficiently.
The bridge builder: Partner with 3pl's and business partners to establish strategic plans and changes for global infrastructure growth.

You'll be a perfect fit if you have:

3+ years of telecoms experience managing existing clients and driving sales success.
Keen eye for opportunity and detail and a passion for analytical problem-solving.
Technical knowledge of the Voice and SMS industry (a plus!)
Proactive and forward thinking taking initiative instead of waiting to be instructed.
Willing to travel and represent iOTEL locally at conferences.
A hunger for learning and a commitment to staying ahead of the curve.
