Key Account Manager (Ref 102)

Our client who is based in Salt River, Cape Town are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join their dynamic manufacturing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing relationships with potential clients and expanding maintaining long-term relationships with existing ones, in addition to stabilising and expanding their dealer networks.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base by focusing on supplied market research and specific market segments.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.Complement reseller network by offering expanded support and pre and post sales guidance.Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives in understanding their needs and how we may best serve them as a "cutting solution provider".Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets.Report to General Manager on status of key accounts, current projections of sales and lead generation and lead conversion.Grow revenue by at least 20% annually.Work with Production Managers to ensure current SLA agreements are maintained and that new sales do not lower the Quality Yield and SLA standards.Requirements: Proven sales experience in the manufacturing sector.Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation.Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.Strong business sense and industry expertise.Own transport is essential.Qualifications: Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.At least 5 years of sales experience, with a track record of over-achieving quota.Please submit your CV if you have the above mentioned experience.
