R 15000 per monthPretoria, Gautengmore than 14 days agoBrooklyn, Pretoria: KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (COLLECTION)Minimum Requirements:Well presentable and professional Afrikaans speaking femaleAfrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)Matric / Grade 12 (Legal / BCom qualification advantageous)Minimum 2 years recent collections experience a must, preferably at a law firmComputer literate in MS OfficeOwn reliable transport (no hassles to work)Stable employment record and contactable referenceTo start as soon as possibleDuties:Debt collections for company specializing in the provision of commercial insurance products and risk management to liquidators, attorneys and professional personsFollowing up on outstanding premiums & long outstanding / renewals, progress reports on each individual estate, outstanding documents required in order to finalise / process accordinglyMeetings with client regarding statementsCalling clients to follow upPulling reports from Nimbis and exporting to excel, pulling and saving premium notifications to send to clientsMaking notes on Nimbis of correspondence to and from client and saving relevant documentsRequesting refunds if applicableMaintaining client relationshipsProcessing of Master Documents on Nimbis (Reversing and re-raising of premiums, cancelling of policies, reducing and increasing of bond amounts as per Master document instructions)Attending to client queries (General, outstanding Premium notifications, appointments made etc.)Salary: R 15 000.00 gross + potential incentives based on collections
