Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

Education:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:
Proven experience in key account management, within the recruitment industry.
Preferably Contracting/ Temporary Staffing experience Prior experience within a white collar contracting hub will be given preference.

Skills:
Strong understanding of client relationship management principles and strategies, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Attributes:
Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities, capable of multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.

Key Performance Areas:
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, goals, and challenges.
Ability to understand and meet client needs and requirements
Relationship-building and networking skills

Account Growth and Retention:
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize account revenue and profitability
Strategic thinker focused on client satisfaction and retention

Strategic Account Planning:
Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with client objectives and business goals.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Strong organizational and time-management skills

Issue Resolution:
Address client concerns and issues promptly and effectively to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Performance Tracking:
Monitor and analyze key account performance metrics, including revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction, and take corrective actions as needed.
Results-driven with a focus on business growth and revenue targets
