Key Account Manager

A leading Facilities Management company is seeking a Key Account Manager. They are looking for candidates with previous experience and a proven track record in Hygiene Service Accounts Management and relationship building. The purpose of this role is to maximise the performance of accounts in line with agreed strategies and business objectives by strengthening business relationships.Requirements:High school diploma (Matric/Grade 12)Relevant qualification in a related field2-5 years of experience in a similar roleExcellent customer service skillsStrong accounting knowledge and skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skillsThorough understanding of company products and servicesStrong problem-solving, query resolution, and account reconciliation abilitiesValid driver's license and personal vehicleResponsibilities:Oversee all aspects of assigned accountsFocus on customer retention by managing terminations, ensuring equipment is retrieved, and billing is discontinuedEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues within set timeframesMaintain open communication with internal departmentsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key accountsConsistently identify additional sales opportunitiesAssist in the implementation of national dealsConduct regular customer satisfaction surveys for assigned accountsPerform onboarding surveys after new account installationsDesired Skills:Customer RetentionAccounts ManagementRelationship BuildingProblem SolvingSales OpportunitiesCommunication SkillsCustomer Satisfaction
