Key Account Manager (General) - Sales – Sadc

Job PurposeGrow company's regional export business across all clusters and maintain sustainable gross profit contribution.Key ResponsibilitiesActively pursue business opportunities and ensure a healthy pipeline.Drive closure of long-term sales contracts.Ensure accurate sales forecasts for the region.Co-ordinate with the customer service department to ensure customer orders are processed and shipped as per company and country requirements.Ensure a coherent implementation of commercial conditions in all markets and resolve potential conflicts.Develop relationships with customers and ensure strategic alignment.Grow the basket with new products, regain any lost business, and maintain current business within the customer portfolio.Improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.Drive the development of operational and strategic plans jointly with the customers.Work closely with QA and Compliance Officer to ensure all regulatory requirements are adhered to for each SADC country.
